The discovery process starts with an initial meeting that can be in person or over the phone. During this meeting we learn about the client’s company and talk them through our work process. Afterwards, the client fills a brand questionnaire to help us learn more about their company and design needs.
Based on the personality defined previously, our team starts the research and discovery phase, looking for graphic benchmarks and learning more about the industry.
After the discovery phase is finished, we create strategy document that fits your brand’s unique voice, ideal client, brand words and style.
We use the strategy as a reference to start working on concept development. After creating multiple concept options, our client picks the strongest one, and we move forward in that direction.
